Health Records
Health Records is the patient’s own store of guided care session summaries. It is deliberately separate from Results & Records, which reads the clinic chart.
Reach it from “More from your record” on the Results tab, or from the link that replaces the composer on an ended session thread.
What is in it
One entry per completed guided care session, holding:
- the session’s summary
- its key points
- its next steps
- links back to the session’s thread and to the clinic
A session that was cancelled, or swept away as abandoned after sitting idle, writes nothing here.
Who can see it
Only the patient. These summaries are written to a patient-owned store — they are never written into any clinic’s chart and are never shown to CMS staff. The list and each entry are read-only; nothing in the portal edits them.
This separation is the point of the feature: a guided session is a conversation the patient had with Medbot, and its record belongs to them rather than becoming an unreviewed clinical note in a clinic’s system.
